We will contact you before your appointment. Please bring a copy of your medical records, and a copies of your actual imaging. Since we always review imaging studies, bringing the actual studies are critical.

You should expect to fill out a questionnaire on your medical history. We will obtain vital signs and possibly X-rays if you have had prior surgery. All of these will be reviewed during your appointment. You can start filling out your appointment questionnaires by clicking here.

We accept most major carriers. We are happy to answer any questions related to insurance before your appointment.

Patients should remember not to eat or drink anything after midnight the night before surgery, as this might interfere with anesthesia. Patients on blood thinners (including Aspirin and Plavix) should stop these medications at least 5 days before, as they can affect bleeding.

There are a variety of options depending on the pathology. In many casesof spinal degenerative disease pain management or interventional steroid injections may be extremely effective.

This can vary depending on the procedure and the underlying pathology.We specialize in using minimally invasive techniques to minimize disruption of tissue and speed up recover.
